Artist Biography
Stephanie West explores a variety of styles in her work, including representational, expressionistic, and illustrative. Her subjects include landscape and still life, often of meaningful objects and talisman.

Stephanie’s art represents her drive to capture the essence of place, time, and objects with a determination to share its story. Her paintings preserve fleeting moments for generations to enjoy.

Stephanie served as chair for the ‘Tiny Art, Big Difference’ fundraising event for Literacy Volunteers in Santa Fe featuring donated works by artists at the First National 1870 bank on the Plaza in February 2023. She also served as the Communications Director for the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico’s (PAPNM.org) 2020-2022. West has a background in Internet marketing, and graphic design. Experience helpful to the organization in information design, search engine ranking, PR, and advertising.
