I had hired master teacher Bhava Ram to help me move to slipped discs in my back. He has healed himself from a broken back.
Chronic pain can inspire change. One of the healing practices Bhava gave me was to create a mantra. My first mantra was
” I am a beautiful pearl in a sea of consciousness.”
This is my image of that Mantra.
